What awaits you: AI applications with real deployment: You develop AI solutions for our internal processes and for customer projects, from the idea through proof of concept to productive application; RAG, agents and MCP servers: You build retrieval-augmented generation systems that make corporate knowledge usable, develop AI agents for concrete business processes and provide secure connection of databases, APIs and enterprise applications via your own MCP servers; Cross-platform skills and assistants: You implement agents and extensions for Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, develop custom GPTs and actions in the OpenAI ecosystem and build skills and tools with Claude; AI in the SAP environment: You develop SAP-specific "Joule Skills" and "Joule Agents" and implement AI-supported solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform; Process automation: You convert manual processes into AI-supported workflows, mainly with n8n, including connection of LLMs, APIs and enterprise systems; Enablement and consulting: You support our development teams in using Claude Code, GitHub Copilot and other AI tools and advise customers and internal departments on sensible AI use cases.

What you bring: Understanding of AI technology: You know how large language models work and can assess which model fits which use case, with an eye on quality, speed, cost and data protection; Development know-how: You program confidently in Python, ideally also have experience with TypeScript or Node.js and know the basics of API and backend development; Experience with AI-assisted development: You like working with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or similar coding agents and critically review AI-generated code instead of trusting it blindly; First practice with AI applications: Whether during studies, training, projects or on your own initiative: you have already built your own applications, e.g. with RAG, agents, automation platforms like n8n or cloud services on SAP BTP, Azure, AWS or Google Cloud; Curiosity and self-drive: The AI environment changes fast. You are eager to familiarize yourself, try new things and think into topics that didn't exist until last week; Language skills: You have very good German skills (C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level) in both spoken and written form.
