• Assembly of optomechanical/optoelectronic assemblies and systems
• Adjustment of optical components/systems
• Testing of optoelectronic systems based on test plans
• Recording and documentation of work results and process parameters
• Coordination of work tasks in the team
• Active participation in continuous improvement processes
• The position is limited to 1 year.

• Completed vocational training as an optical technician, mechatronics technician, precision mechanic, or a comparable field
• Professional experience as an optical fitter, adjuster, precision mechanic, mechatronics technician in assembly, adjustment, and testing of optical/optoelectronic systems is an advantage
• Practical expertise in adjusting optical components, ideally involving laser modules and systems
• Highest quality standards through independent, conscientious, and process-reliable work
• Technical competence in safely reading and interpreting complex technical drawings and test plans
• Strong team spirit with strong communication skills
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (6:00–22:00)
