Working Student, Training Department

Jenoptik is seeking a working student for its training department in Monheim. You will help create training materials and digital learning content and support training sessions in the Smart Mobility Solutions strategic business unit.

• Help create and revise training materials, such as PowerPoint presentations and trainer guides
• Develop and design digital learning content for the e-learning portal, such as interactive modules, videos and quizzes
• Help adapt complex content for teaching different target groups
• Help organise and follow up on online and in-person training sessions
• Research topics in further education, teaching methods and digital learning methods

• Currently studying education, communication studies, media design, economics and business studies, media informatics or a comparable subject
• Confident use of MS PowerPoint and ideally some experience creating videos
• Interest in further education, sharing knowledge and digital learning
• Creativity and a good eye for appealing design
• Very good written and spoken German; good English is an advantage
• An independent, organised and reliable approach to work
• Some experience in instructional design or media-based teaching is desirable
• Knowledge of graphics editing, such as Photoshop, is an advantage
