Youth Welfare Educator

The residential youth welfare service JUNIQUE is seeking special-needs care workers, youth and residential educators, and social workers. This permanent full- or part-time position is available as soon as possible in Mosbach-Neckarelz and Schwarzach.

Support young people in finding their own path through school, training and everyday life. Provide stability and security during crises. Build professional, trusting relationships. Turn case-management goals and plans into successful outcomes. Develop projects on media education, sex education and social skills. Reflect and develop professionally as part of the team.

Strong social skills combined with professional expertise; team-oriented; ready for day shifts and overnight on-call duties; interested in modern, needs-based youth welfare; pedagogical resilience and creativity; clarity and dependability; Class B driving licence.
