Qualified Care Professional, Night Shift

Permanent part-time night shift role at Haus Leostraße in St. Leon-Rot for nurses, learning disability care professionals or elderly care nurses. You will support children and teenagers who need nursing and educational care through the night and help them become more independent.

• Support children and teenagers respectfully as they move from day to night and into the next morning.
• Build trusting relationships and support their personal development.
• Plan creative evening activities based on the children's and teenagers' wishes and interests.
• Provide sensitive support suited to each person's needs, ensuring their wellbeing overnight and helping them be as independent as possible.
• Ensure medical and nursing treatments are carried out correctly.
• Keep digital records of nursing care and educational support focused on each individual.

• Completed vocational training in nursing or care.
