About this Apprenticeship
Care assistant in integration support at the specialist care home in St. Leon-Rot (Integration Support - Housing). Start as soon as possible, fixed term for 2 years, full-time or part-time (negotiable). Career changers are welcome.
What You'll Learn
- Accompanying and supporting adults with participation limitations and care needs in our modern specialist care home with day service center
- Usual staffing ratio of 1:5
- Active assistance in carrying out individual care and assistance planning
- Working together in a multi-professional team
Requirements
- Enthusiasm and commitment when working with people
- Willingness to work in a shift system
- Basic interest in learning or deepening skills in the social care field
