Digital Transformation Expert Purchase-to-Pay (Option for Part-Time from 75%)

As a Digital Transformation Expert (m/f/d) Purchase-to-Pay, you drive the standardization and automation of our accounts payable through the use of innovative technologies and AI tools, and decisively shape Kärcher's global technology landscape.

• As a Digital Transformation Expert, you are responsible for the successful execution of global automation projects in accounts payable and the Purchase-to-Pay process. You use innovative technologies and AI tools to standardize and digitize processes according to our global technology roadmap.
• Your tasks include introducing new tools and software in our subsidiaries to ensure efficient invoice processing. You continuously monitor and analyze the performance of invoice processing tools. You not only act proactively and efficiently but also contribute and implement innovative solutions.
• You support the Automation Center in global coordination of digitalization topics and contribute to the further development and optimization of our technology landscape in the Purchase-to-Pay area.
• Besides your operational work, you are also responsible for training employees to ensure they can use the tools and technologies effectively.
• In your role, you report directly to the Director Global Finance Payables and work closely with other teams to continuously improve the efficiency and quality of invoice processing.

• A completed degree in IT, business administration, or accounting.
• Several years of experience in implementing IT or digitalization projects, ideally in the context of optimization, transformation, and digitalization of accounting processes.
• You have sound end-to-end knowledge in the Purchase-to-Pay area and ideally experience with invoice processing tools (e-invoicing, invoice validation, invoice processing, etc.).
• Good knowledge of Google Tools and SAP FI / S4 HANA.
• Good German and very good English skills.
• Your good communication skills and international mindset enable effective team collaboration. At the same time, your dynamic hands-on mentality and initiative bring a structured way of working and you like to take responsibility.
