Executive Board Communications Specialist

Kärcher is looking for an executive board communications specialist in Winnenden who shapes press, intranet, social media and video content for the board.

• As a communications generalist, shape executive board communications, from press inquiries and intranet articles to strategic agenda setting
• Be responsible for the board members' social media presence (especially LinkedIn) and write speeches and texts for different stakeholders
• Independently produce engaging videos and moving images
• Work closely with HR, marketing and event management and keep up exchange with journalists, politics and customers
• Question the status quo and use modern tools such as AI to run communication measures efficiently

• Successfully completed degree in media and communication studies, PR, journalism or a comparable qualification with a strong focus on professional practice
• At least five years of solid professional experience in corporate or executive communications, plus deep practical expertise in independent video production
• Relevant practice with social media (focus LinkedIn), content management systems and confident experience generating text and images with AI
• Absolute integrity in handling confidential top management topics, as well as calm composure and resilience in dynamic situations
• Excellent German and negotiation-level English skills (C1/C2 level)
