Working Student in Development

The position supports standardization, process and organizational development, and AI integration in the development department while providing insight into systems engineering.

• Process optimisation: You actively drive standardisation within development.
• Innovation and interfaces: You develop new tools and processes, both within development and across departments with key interfaces in the company.
• Organisational development: You help further develop our development processes and adapt them to new organisational structures.
• AI integration: You identify potential and help automate workflows using artificial intelligence.
• Methodology: You help develop and implement new methods in system engineering.
• Decision preparation: Preparing results for management and creating well-founded proposals for developing the department round off your tasks.

• You are at the end of your Bachelor's degree or already in a Master's. Your field is mechatronics, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable degree program.
• You have very good spoken and written German and English – these are essential for close cooperation with our site in Slovenia.
• Ideally you have already gained first practical experience in industrial development.
• You have a strong affinity for IT and processes. CAD know-how (preferably CATIA) is a big plus.
• A structured, analytical way of working, initiative and the ability to present complex topics clearly for management set you apart.
