Graduate Program in Retail Store - Retail Business Manager 2027

Do you want to earn three IHK qualifications and take on leadership responsibility? In Kaufland's Abitur graduate program, you are part of a strong team from the start. In the first 1.5 years you complete the apprenticeship as a retail clerk, followed by 1.5 years of further training to become a Handelsfachwirt (Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce). The trainer qualification comes on top.

• Take responsibility for a goods department, staff scheduling and inventory.

• You already have your Abitur or Fachhochschulreife, or are about to get it.

• You are highly motivated, reliable and can work flexibly around our store opening hours.
