Sales Manager

As a self-employed sales representative at Wüstenrot Bausparkasse AG, you advise and support customers on financial planning and lead a field sales team.

• As a self-employed sales representative under Section 84 of the German Commercial Code, you advise and support customers according to their needs across four areas of modern financial planning: financial security, home ownership, risk protection and wealth building.
• You develop advice plans for all financial planning topics based on customers' goals and wishes, then prepare specific offers.
• You actively expand your customer network and maintain customer relationships.
• Alongside supporting customers, you take responsibility for sales and quality targets.
• You lead, train and support your motivated field sales team.
• Together with your sales director, you are responsible for improving and expanding your team.

• You enjoy working in our sales organisation, with the freedom to work independently and manage your own time.
• You are friendly and treat others with respect.
• Our customers and your team benefit from your professional approach and focus on solutions.
• You work flexibly and independently, set priorities and have strong organisational skills.
• You have completed vocational training as a bank clerk or hold a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have experience in leadership, home savings plans, home financing and financial protection products.
