• More to gain: In the first 1.5 years, you complete a retail apprenticeship, followed by 1.5 years of further training as a certified retail manager (Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce). You also gain a qualification to train apprentices.
• An interesting working day: You are responsible for the flow of goods from ordering to selling, as well as our customers' shopping experience.
• Develop leadership skills: Take responsibility for a product department, staff scheduling and stocktaking.
• Put your analysis skills to use: Help assess business figures, such as your store's sales.
• A good place to start: You receive at least €1,350 gross per month during the first six months, at least €1,500 gross per month from months 7 to 18, and pay above the agreed pay scale from month 19. You also receive holiday and Christmas payments and six weeks of holiday a year.
• More for you: Three qualifications in three years. We also cover accommodation and meals during your classroom training at an external training centre.
• Good prospects: After passing your final exam, you have a strong chance of staying with us. With good performance, you could become the manager of your own product department straight away. You also receive a bonus for good results in your apprenticeship.
• Quality training: Your trainer supports you, and thorough exam preparation helps you build practical skills and knowledge for the future.
