Requirements
- You have at least a secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss) at the start of the apprenticeship. Since you have direct customer contact from the start of the apprenticeship, we recommend a very good level of German (C2 or native speaker level). You are open-minded and enjoy contact with people. Customer satisfaction is your top priority. Long-term, many doors are open to you with us, for example as a branch manager.
What TARGOBANK offers
- Apprenticeship in full-time or part-time possible. The apprenticeship lasts 2.5 years (in full-time). You receive €1,400 in the 1st year, €1,470 in the 2nd year and €1,550 in the 3rd year (pro rata for part-time). You have 30 days of vacation per year (pro rata for part-time). Your vocational school is usually located at the place of your apprenticeship branch. You receive an education grant (e.g. for a tablet to use our digital learning offer).
