Abitur Programme in Store Operations - Retail Business Manager 2027

In Kaufland's Abitur programme you earn three IHK qualifications and take on leadership responsibility. In the first 1.5 years you complete the apprenticeship as a retail salesperson, followed by 1.5 years of further training to become a Handelsfachwirt (Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce). The trainer qualification comes on top. No cover letter is needed.

• You help analyse business figures, such as your store's sales.

• You already have your Abitur or Fachhochschulreife, or are about to finish it.
• You want to learn more about ordering and selling our goods and about our product range.
• You like approaching people and can inspire others with your strong communication skills.
• You are highly motivated, reliable and can work flexibly around the store opening hours.
