School-Leaver Programme in Store Retail Management 2027

Kaufland's school-leaver programme at Olgastraße 57, 74072 Heilbronn offers three Chamber of Industry and Commerce qualifications in three years and prepares you for retail management responsibilities. This permanent, full-time role starts on 1 August 2027.

• During the first 1.5 years, you complete a retail apprenticeship, followed by 1.5 years of advanced training as a Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce. You also gain a trainer qualification.
• You handle product processes from ordering to sales and help shape customers' shopping experience.
• Develop your leadership skills by taking responsibility for a product department, staff scheduling and stocktaking.
• Help analyse business figures, such as your store's sales.

• You have obtained your Abitur or university of applied sciences entrance qualification, or are about to complete it
• You are interested in food and want to learn more about ordering, selling products and the product range
• You enjoy approaching people and can engage them with strong communication skills
• You are highly motivated, reliable and able to work flexibly around store opening hours
