About this Apprenticeship
Lidl's three-year programme combines a retail apprenticeship with an advanced IHK retail management qualification and a trainer qualification under AEVO. What You'll Learn
- Earn three qualifications in three years: combine a retail apprenticeship with an advanced IHK retail management qualification and an AEVO trainer qualification, with the goal of leading your own team as a store leader
- During practical placements in the store, learn the business from the ground up and discover how quality, freshness and cleanliness create a good shopping experience
- Take an active role in stocking and displaying goods, stock ordering and working at the checkout

- Attend training courses and seminars to develop your skills further, and earn the IHK trainer qualification
- Complete the classroom stages in blocks at an external training centre, with Lidl covering any travel and accommodation costs
