- You're in the right place: At least 1,350 EUR gross monthly for the first half year, from the 7th to 18th month at least 1,500 EUR gross monthly, and from the 19th month above-tariff pay. Also? Vacation and Christmas bonuses as well as 6 weeks vacation per year.
