About this Apprenticeship
Korian is seeking a qualified nurse to work as a hygiene officer in Werder (Havel). The role combines individual nursing care with implementing and developing hygiene standards to prevent infections and maintain residents' quality of life.
What You'll Learn
- Provide individual care that helps residents stay active and independent
- Maintain care records and carry out care planning
- Ensure and enforce hygiene standards
- Deliver training on hygiene
- Design and further develop hygiene standards
- Follow quality assurance measures
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in elderly care or general nursing
- Further training as a hygiene officer in care facilities is required
- Solid professional experience in healthcare
- Enjoyment of working with older people and people who need care
- Sound knowledge of the Infection Protection Act and accident prevention rules
- Empathy and a strong sense of responsibility
