• More qualifications: During the first 1.5 years, you train as a retail sales professional, followed by 1.5 years of advanced training as a retail business specialist (Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce). You also gain a trainer qualification.
• An exciting daily routine: You handle goods processes from ordering to selling, as well as our customers' shopping experience.
• Develop leadership skills: Take responsibility for a product department, staff scheduling and stocktaking.
• Enjoy analysis: Help assess business figures, such as your store's sales.
• A good start: At least €1,350 gross per month during the first six months, at least €1,500 gross per month from months 7 to 18, and pay above the fixed pay scale from month 19. You also receive holiday and Christmas payments and six weeks of holiday a year.
• More for you: Three qualifications in three years. We also cover accommodation and meals during your classroom training at an external training centre.
• Good prospects: After passing your final exam, you have a strong chance of staying with us. With good performance, you could directly lead your own product department. You also receive a bonus for completing your training with good results.
• Strong training: Your trainer supports you, and thorough exam preparation helps you build practical and classroom knowledge for your future.
