Internship Sales

Your tasks: As part of your mandatory internship, you will gain a comprehensive insight into the role of a sales manager at Lidl over 2 to 6 months. You support your sales manager in controlling their 4–6 branches and looking after up to 100 employees. In the process, you will learn our business from the ground up – from the implementation of our store concepts to the analysis and optimization of key figures to topics of personnel planning and management. As an alternative to the mandatory internship, we offer you the opportunity to gain initial insights into our sales division through a 4-week voluntary trial internship.

• Enrolled student (university or university of applied sciences) preferably with a business administration focus (BWL)
• Committed, independent way of working and desire for the dynamic world of retail
• Enthusiasm and fun in taking on responsibility
• Analytical skills combined with communication strength and team player qualities
