Internship in Human Resources

Mandatory internship (2 to 6 months) or voluntary internship (1 to 6 months) in Human Resources at Lidl in Straubing, with broad insight into HR work, e.g. in applicant management.

• As part of your mandatory internship, you get a comprehensive insight into our HR work over 2 to 6 months
• After a short induction, you support your colleagues across a broad range of HR topics, e.g. applicant management
• As an important team member, you quickly take on your own tasks and projects
• As an alternative to the mandatory internship, we offer a voluntary internship of 1 to 6 months to gain first insights

• Enrolled student (university or college), preferably in business administration (BWL) with a focus on HR
• Committed, independent way of working and enthusiasm for the dynamic world of retail
• Enthusiasm and enjoyment in taking on responsibility
• Strong communication skills and team player qualities
• Good knowledge of MS Office, ideally also Google Workspace
