Abitur Programme Store - Retail Business Manager 2027

In Kaufland's Abitur programme you earn three IHK qualifications and take on leadership responsibility. The first 1.5 years are training as a retail salesperson, followed by 1.5 years of further training as a Handelsfachwirt, plus the trainer qualification.

• Handle goods processes from ordering to sale and the customer shopping experience
• Take responsibility for a goods area, staff scheduling and inventory
• Help analyse business figures such as store revenue

• You already have your Abitur or Fachhochschulreife, or are about to finish it
• You want to learn more about ordering, selling and our product range
• You like approaching people and inspire with strong communication skills
• You are highly motivated, reliable and flexible around store opening hours
