• More to achieve: In the first 1.5 years, you complete retail sales training, followed by 1.5 years of advanced training as a Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce. You also gain a trainer qualification.
• An interesting working day: You handle the flow of goods from ordering to sales and help shape our customers' shopping experience.
• Develop leadership skills: Take responsibility for a product department, staff scheduling and stocktaking.
• Enjoy working with figures: Help analyse business figures, such as your store's sales.
• A good place to start: You receive at least €1,350 gross per month for the first six months, at least €1,500 gross per month from months 7 to 18, and pay above the fixed pay scale from month 19. You also receive holiday and Christmas bonuses and six weeks of holiday each year.
• More for you: Three qualifications in three years. We also cover accommodation and meals during your classroom training at an external training centre.
• Good prospects: After passing your final exam, you have a strong chance of staying with us. With good performance, you can move straight into managing your own product department. You also receive a bonus for completing your training with good results.
• Thorough training: With a trainer by your side and detailed exam preparation, we prepare you for the future through practical work and classroom learning.
