Our Zalando Outlet Stores are an important part of our offline strategy, which we as an online platform for fashion and lifestyle are particularly proud of. Our Outlet Stores throughout Germany are “Zalando to touch”. In the modern shopping experience, we give unsold fashion a second chance. To further advance our Outlet Stores, we are looking for energetic, creative and open-minded talents. You want to make a difference and see your success directly? As an employee (all genders) in part-time (15h or 20h per week) you are part of our Fashion Service Team, which creates the perfect shopping experience for our customers with a good overview and love for detail.

• You greet our customers with a smile, are helpful and have a positive attitude. Through your service and your positive charisma, customers look forward to their next visit with us.
• You are responsible both on the sales floor and in the fitting area for ensuring that our customers always find a well-sorted and attractive store that invites shopping.
• You handle all our checkout processes professionally and efficiently, process complaints and returns in a flash and ensure a great shopping experience as the customers' last impression.
• You identify with Zalando and our corporate goal of making the world more sustainable.

• You bring experience in retail or in dealing with customers? Wonderful. However, this is not a must.
• You can express yourself in good German and inspire with a positive appearance.
• You are a true team player and stand by your colleagues at all times.
