About this Apprenticeship
In Kaufland's Abitur program you earn three IHK qualifications and take on leadership responsibility. First 1.5 years of training as a retail clerk, then 1.5 years of further training as a Handelsfachwirt, plus the trainer qualification. Full-time, location Konstanz.
What You'll Learn
- The goods processes from ordering to sale and the shopping experience of our customers are in your hands.
- Take responsibility for a goods department, staff scheduling and inventory.
- Help evaluate business figures, such as your store's sales.
Requirements
- You already have your Abitur or Fachhochschulreife, or are about to get it.
- Passion for food: You want to learn more about ordering and selling our goods and our range.
- You like approaching people and inspire with your communication skills.
- You are highly motivated, reliable and can work flexibly around store opening hours.
What Kaufland Dienstleistung GmbH & Co. KG offers
- At least €1,350 gross per month in the first half year, at least €1,500 gross per month from month 7 to 18, and above-scale pay from month 19. Also holiday and Christmas bonus and 6 weeks of vacation per year.
- 3 qualifications in 3 years – we also cover accommodation and meals during your school phase at an external top training center.
- After passing the final exam you have very good chances of being hired, with good performance directly as head of your own goods department. There is also a bonus for passing well.
- With your trainer at your side and thorough exam preparation, we make you fit for the future in practice and theory.
