First 1.5 years: apprenticeship as Retail Salesperson, followed by 1.5 years advanced training as Retail Management Specialist (Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce). Trainer qualification included. Daily tasks: merchandise processes from ordering to sales and customer shopping experience. You have your high school diploma (Abitur) or technical college entrance qualification already or are about to get it. Passion for food? You want to learn more about ordering, selling our goods and our assortment. You like approaching people and can inspire with your communication skills. You're highly motivated, reliable and can work flexibly around branch opening hours.

Min. €1,350 gross monthly during first 6 months, months 7-18 min. €1,500 gross monthly, from month 19 above-tariff salary. Holiday and Christmas bonus plus 6 weeks annual leave. 3 qualifications in 3 years – we also cover accommodation and meals during school phases at external top education center. Best takeover chances after successful exams, with good performance directly as head of own merchandise area. Bonus for good exam results.
