- Develop leadership competence: Take responsibility for a merchandise area, personnel deployment planning, and inventory.

Requirements
- Ready to start? You already have your high school diploma (Abitur) or technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife) in hand or are about to get it.
- Passion for food? You're keen to learn more about ordering, selling our goods, and our assortment.
- You dare to do something? Sure! You like approaching people and can inspire with your communication skills.
- Can we count on you? Awesome. You're highly motivated, reliable, and can work flexibly around our branch opening hours.
What We Offer
- Here you're right: At least €1,350 gross monthly for the first half year, from month 7-18 at least €1,500 gross monthly, and from month 19 above-tariff pay. Plus? Holiday and Christmas bonus as well as 6 weeks of vacation per year.
- More for you: 3 qualifications in 3 years – additionally we cover accommodation and meal costs during your school phase at an external top education center.
- Great prospects: After successful final exam you have the best chances of being taken on. With good performance directly as head of your own merchandise area. Additionally, there's a bonus for passing the apprenticeship well.
- Top training: With your trainer at your side and comprehensive exam preparation, we make you fit for the future both in practice and theory.
