Assistant to the Division Management Contract Logistics

You organize and coordinate appointments, meetings and business trips; you prepare and follow up meetings, including minute-taking; you create and maintain presentations, reports, key figures and documentation; you manage correspondence and communicate with internal departments and external partners; you support the division management in daily work; you coordinate and follow up on tasks and deadlines; you assist in creating and maintaining project plans, schedules and budgets; you coordinate and support project teams; you support in the area of product controlling, e.g. in annual planning, forecast and BAB.

Completed commercial training or a degree in logistics, business administration or a comparable qualification; several years of experience in an assistant function, ideally in logistics or contract logistics; sound knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong organizational and communication skills; independent and structured way of working; team player and resilience. It would be nice if you also have: first experience in project and process management; basic knowledge of warehouse management systems an advantage; good English skills written and spoken.
