Apprenticeship as a Mobility and Transport Services Specialist at a Railway Station 2027

During the apprenticeship, you learn the basics of customer advice and support, marketing and project management, as well as about travel offers, Deutsche Bahn service and safety services, and the railway system.

You advise and support customers at the DB Information desk and in mobile station services. As the first or last point of contact, you help improve passengers' travel experience. Using modern communication and sales systems is part of your daily work.

You have completed school or will soon do so, and your school-leaving certificate is recognised in Germany. Your German is at least at B2 level. You are interested in foreign languages, remain calm in difficult situations and are responsible, reliable, flexible and mobile.

You receive a mobile device for learning and private use. You also receive 16 free journeys within Germany per year, further travel discounts such as the DB Job-Ticket and affordable options for taking family and friends with you. If your daily commute would otherwise exceed 2.5 hours and you rent a closer home, you may receive a rent subsidy of up to €400 per month.
