Clerk in Charter Road Transport Dispatching

We are looking for a committed colleague as a clerk (m/f/d) in the area of charter road transport dispatching for our Göttingen branch at the earliest possible date. You are responsible for the dispatch and processing of national charter trips (partial and full loads). You buy and sell cargo space for charter trips. You enter orders in the system and create transport documents. You calculate freight rates and prepare quotes. You plan and evaluate tours from an economic perspective. You control the complete shipping process and proactive shipment tracking. You are the link between customers, partners and freight forwarders.

You have a completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk. You are proficient with MS Office products. You have great enjoyment in customer contact. Your cost and responsibility awareness is very pronounced. You have organizational skills, ability to work independently, composure and reliability. You are very communicative and resilient. It would be nice if you can also do the following: You are a team player and enjoy communication. You have analytical thinking skills and a careful, structured way of working. You are open to working with digital tools. You think and act very customer-oriented.
