About this Apprenticeship

What You'll Learn
- Dive into the world of retail and our varied product range during your 3-year apprenticeship.
- Go through all sales areas and become an expert in customer service and business figures.
- You help out with ordering, receiving, storing and stocking goods.
- Learn how to present goods attractively to customers.
- You give sales promotions a boost and ensure the right look in the store in every season.
Requirements
- You have your mid-year report card or an intermediate school leaving certificate, e.g. Realschulabschluss.
- You are keen to learn more about our product range.
- You are friendly and helpful, like approaching people and have a smile for everyone.
- You are highly motivated, reliable and can work flexibly around store opening hours.
What Kaufland Dienstleistung GmbH & Co. KG offers
- At least €1,250 gross per month in the first year, at least €1,350 gross per month in the second year and at least €1,500 gross per month in the third year, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses and 6 weeks of vacation per year.
- A qualified trainer and thorough exam preparation for practice and theory.
- After passing the final exam, very good chances of being hired, plus a bonus for passing well.
- Individual development opportunities and a wide range of further training.
- Events and competitions, e.g. fitfortrade, as well as many discounts from fitness and leisure activities to the Deutschland-Ticket.
