• An interesting daily routine: During your three-year dual study programme at Kaufland, you alternate between varied academic and practical phases.
• Your ideas matter: You apply your academic knowledge within the team and independently develop plans for improvements.
• A look behind the scenes: You learn about every aspect of purchasing and category management.
• Develop negotiation skills: Help prepare, conduct and follow up purchasing negotiations.

• Pay and holiday: Gross monthly pay of €1,650 in the first year, €1,750 in the second year and €1,950 in the third year, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses and six weeks of holiday each year.
