• Varied academic and practical phases during your three-year dual study programme
• Your ideas are welcome: take an active role in improvements, from spotting opportunities to putting them into practice
• Learn about every area and process in our stores, from the product range and ordering to checking deliveries
• Take responsibility early, for example by covering for a department manager during their holiday
• Help analyse business performance figures
• Complete academic phases at DHBW Heilbronn, with support and challenges to develop your professional, social and personal skills
• Gross monthly pay of €1,650 in the first year, €1,750 in the second year and €1,950 in the third year, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses and six weeks of annual leave
• Individual training and engaging practical projects
• Excellent chances of a permanent role with good performance and strong commitment, plus preparation for a store management role
• 20 days of paid leave to write your final thesis, your own company laptop, tuition fees covered and help with travel costs for an optional semester abroad
