What You'll Learn
- You complete your practical training in one of our branch offices
- Your training is varied: you accompany customers from first contact through advice to referrals
- You support customers with advice and action, in the branch office or at their homes
- You experience a varied mix of practical assignments, vocational school and effective seminars on advising and selling our products
Requirements
- Intermediate school certificate or (technical) Abitur
- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Team player
- Enjoy dealing with people
- Solution-oriented way of working
