About this Apprenticeship
You work in the DEVK branch office as part of the agency team and are employed directly by the agency manager.
What You'll Learn
- You are the main contact for existing and potential customers and analyze and optimize the customers' current insurance situation
- In the event of a claim, customers can rely on your support at any time
- We impress through closeness to customers. So you advise customers on site or by video consultation.
Requirements
- Completed training as insurance and finance clerk or insurance clerk / insurance specialist or a comparable qualification (m/f/d)
- For career changers: completed vocational training in sales (we train you further to become a certified insurance specialist (m/f/d) IHK)
- Passion for sales
- Convincing personality and communication skills
- Willingness to travel regionally
