About this Apprenticeship
Support Debeka's employed field sales staff in a team of four at the Waiblingen branch and help keep members satisfied. The position initially lasts one year, with a longer working relationship desired.
What You'll Learn
- Advise and support members and prospective customers by phone and in person
- Advise assigned field sales colleagues on all insurance and home savings enquiries
- Process applications and cases digitally, including sales correspondence
- Help retain and grow the customer portfolio
- Prepare analyses of sales results
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in insurance and financial investments with good results
- Strong focus on customers
- Ability to build relationships and express yourself clearly
- Strong concentration and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work in a team
- High flexibility and willingness to contribute
