About this Apprenticeship
Debeka is seeking a travel insurance claims handler in Koblenz. The role involves processing claims, corresponding with customers, handling complaints and pursuing recovery claims.
What You'll Learn
- Create and process claims for travel cancellation, trip interruption and baggage insurance
- Handle individual correspondence with employees and customers, both in writing and by telephone
- Handle criticism, objections and complaints
- Handle recovery claims
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in insurance and finance or a similar qualification, including qualifications in the travel industry
- Confidence using digital tools
- Good spoken and written communication skills
- Ability to present convincing arguments
- Ability to work in a team
- Willingness to make decisions
