About this Apprenticeship
As a trainee you spend 12 months in Debeka's three main departments: investment management, risk management and finance. You learn tasks and projects around investments and are qualified to work as a specialist. Afterwards, a permanent position in one of the three units is planned together.
What You'll Learn
- Working in different financial departments with insight into the entire value creation process of our investments
- Taking on varied tasks early as a full team member, supported by personal contacts from the departments
- Comprehensive insight into Debeka's financial business and the chance to build an internal company network very quickly
Requirements
- Completed degree (Bachelor, Master or Diplom) in economics, business administration or comparable training
- Strong interest and ideally first knowledge of investments
- Confident expression in German and English, written and spoken
- Structured, independent and self-responsible way of working
- High commitment, strong willingness to learn and interest in financial topics
