About this Apprenticeship
Start your apprenticeship at R+V Versicherung. In bank sales you work closely with the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers through decisions about insurance, retirement provision and financial investments.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: you work in a team at the point of sale in Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken branches and expand your knowledge at GenoKolleg in Münster
- Understand insurance: you get to know our insurance and financial products and see what advising real customers looks like
- Work in a team: you prepare and follow up advice meetings, create offers and support the team with contract closings
Requirements
- Realschulabschluss or (Fach-)Hochschulreife
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and economic topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driver's license at the start of the apprenticeship
- Also welcome: if you found in your current studies that you would rather take on a new, practice-oriented challenge
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed apprenticeship pay: monthly 1,455 € in the first, 1,532 € in the second and 1,620 € in the third year, plus vacation and Christmas bonus of two monthly salaries
- Talent-promoting structure: well-structured training, mentoring program and in-house training and talent development
- The regular training period is 2.5 years. If your performance is good, it can be shortened to 2 years
- Financial support: capital-forming benefits, learning materials subsidy and a contribution to travel or rent costs depending on distance to the vocational school
- Modern environment: 30 days of vacation plus 24 and 31 December off, latest iPhone and laptop, standard weekly working time of 38 hours
- Fitness plus: cooperation with EGYM WELLPASS and Benefits.me, workplace health management and health programs of the R+V Betriebskrankenkasse
