Dual Study Program Business Administration Retail - Store (B.A.) 2027

As a dual student at Kaufland, you are part of a strong team from day one. The 3-year dual study program combines theory and practice phases; the theory phases take place at DHBW Heilbronn.

• You experience varied theory and practice phases.
• You actively help out and drive improvements, from spotting potential to putting it into practice.
• You get to know all areas and processes in the stores, from the range of goods to ordering and checking deliveries.
• You take on responsibility early, e.g. as vacation cover for a goods department manager.
• You help with evaluating business figures.

• You have your mid-year report, Abitur or Fachabitur.
• You want to learn more about ordering and selling our goods and about retail.
• You approach people confidently and impress with strong communication skills.
• You are regionally flexible and expand your knowledge in different stores.
• You are highly motivated, reliable and can work flexibly around store opening hours.
