Foreman Steel Construction Assembly

tk accelis Industrial Services GmbH is a technical service provider for the metal producing and processing industry. As foreman you are the key person between site management and the assembly team and actively shape demanding steel construction and assembly projects.

• Coordinate your team on site, organize daily assembly processes and ensure occupational safety, quality and productivity
• Independently prioritize tasks, optimize work processes and properly assemble steel structures according to technical drawings
• Contact person for clients and specialist site managers
• Responsible for compliance with legal regulations and ordinances
• Confident handling of drawings, welding and locksmith work as well as rigging and lifting loads

• Several years of professional experience, preferably in steel construction and/or plant construction or similar
• First experience in leading staff
• Confident in reading technical drawings
• High social skills, good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility and cost awareness
• Strong organizational talent as well as high commitment, flexibility and resilience
• Willingness to travel for project-specific assignments in Germany and, if needed, elsewhere in Europe
• Valid class B driver's license
