What You'll Learn
- Insurance cover: Find suitable insurance solutions for personal customers of Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken, helping them feel secure about the future.
- Advice: Focus on what matters to customers. Identify their needs and support them in person or online as they seek greater security.
- Customer relationships: Build trust with every contact. Maintain existing relationships and win new customers with insurance plans suited to their needs.
Requirements
- New to work or changing careers: Our thorough introduction and mentoring programme helps you get started quickly and succeed over time.
- You have completed vocational training, ideally in business, and have some sales experience.
- You understand your customers' needs and find the right solution.
- You are outgoing and enjoy approaching people.
