Specialist in Aptitude Assessment & Personnel Psychology

Kaufland is looking for a specialist in aptitude assessment and personnel psychology in Heilbronn, full-time and permanent. You advise departments, manage aptitude assessment procedures in recruiting and personnel development, and further develop diagnostic tools.

• Advise departments in defining success-critical competencies and create precise requirement profiles
• Manage the entire process of aptitude assessment procedures, from consulting and design to operational implementation in recruiting and personnel development
• Develop diagnostic instruments further and ensure valid talent identification
• Be the central contact and expert for managers and participants on aptitude assessment questions
• Ensure legal and organizational frameworks (e.g. DIN 33430) and drive the digitalization of diagnostic tools

• Completed degree in psychology
• Several years of professional experience in aptitude assessment, ideally in personnel development or recruiting
• Strong consulting skills, a structured, analytical way of working and strong drive to deliver results
• Initiative and personal commitment
• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally on business
