Scrum Master for Corporate Center Applications

As a Scrum Master, you will support a team in KfW's Corporate Functions building block. You will improve agile development processes and collaboration, and help build self-organising teams working on Corporate Center applications.

• The Corporate Functions building block provides software and IT technology flexibly and on time for KfW's Corporate Center departments and its subsidiaries Capital, IPEX and DEG
• Connect people with empathy and use a varied range of helpful agile methods to support your team as Scrum Master
• As a facilitator, create space for continuous development and improvement in collaboration and agile development processes
• Use an understanding of social systems within organisations and an analytical approach to identify obstacles and guide the team towards creative, effective solutions
• Encourage empathetic and resilient teamwork, develop self-organising and effective teams, and represent agile values at KfW as a member of guilds

• Degree in Psychology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or an equivalent qualification
• Ability to fit into a team with Scrum Master expertise, a liking for structure and enthusiasm for AI and automation, while adding skills in networking, collaboration and role-based leadership
• Strong focus on and expertise in effective collaboration, with a broad range of agile methods
• Enjoyment of connected, results-focused work and analytical thinking to help your Scrum team stay focused on its goal
• Clear and persuasive written and spoken communication in German, the business language
