Practical experience: You will get to know the various commercial areas of a large company and take on your own tasks and projects; Variety: During your apprenticeship you will gain exciting insights into departments such as marketing, sales, HR and accounting; Understanding business: You will learn how business processes are interconnected and how they are managed in the company; Exchange: You communicate with our specialist stores, central staff and other contact persons; Co-design: You support the planning, processing and evaluation of commercial processes and learn various workflows

School leaving certificate: You have at least a very good intermediate secondary school diploma, preferably also a (technical) high school diploma; Interest: You are enthusiastic about economic contexts and want to understand how a large company works; Analytical thinking: You can recognise connections well, work in a structured way and enjoy numbers and data; Initiative: You work independently, contribute your own ideas and like to get stuck in; Team & Communication: You enjoy working in a team and approach other people openly; Language skills: You communicate confidently in German (at least C1, ideally C2) and have English skills; Digital competence: You are confident in using digital media; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is an advantage
