Invoices & Accounting: You process incoming and outgoing invoices and learn to correctly record and post business transactions in accounting. Understand financial processes: You assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements, developing a good understanding of business contexts. Data oversight: You maintain customer and supplier data and monitor incoming and outgoing payments. Evaluations & Figures: You create evaluations and statistics and learn how they become important decision-making bases. Organization: You support organizational and administrative tasks in daily office work and learn various work processes. Exchange: You collaborate with colleagues, customers, and suppliers, contributing to smooth cooperation.

School leaving certificate: You have at least a good secondary school diploma, preferably a (technical) high school diploma. Interest in numbers & business: You enjoy working with numbers and want to understand how commercial and economic processes interconnect. Analytical thinking: You can recognize connections well, work carefully, and enjoy analyzing data and evaluations. Skills: You have good German skills (at least C1), bring English skills, and enjoy mathematics. Digital competence: You are confident with digital media; initial knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook) is an advantage. Structured work style: You work reliably and carefully and keep track even with multiple tasks. Team & communication: You enjoy working in a team, approach others openly, and take pleasure in exchange. Initiative: You are motivated, eager to learn, and like to take responsibility for your tasks.
