Apprenticeship as Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management Assistant - Start 2027

Uwe Kloska GmbH is a technical trader for international shipping and industry, offering a high‑quality product range from occupational safety, sealing technology, tools, hydraulics and lifting equipment. For the apprenticeship start on 01.08.2027 we are looking for motivated trainees (m/f/d) who want to learn the profession of wholesale and foreign trade management assistant with us. During your apprenticeship you will rotate through all company areas and thus learn the interconnections between the individual departments. The focus is on purchasing, sales, administration, warehouse/logistics and accounting. You will learn, among other things, how goods from various manufacturers are procured in large quantities and delivered to our customers on time.

Participation in negotiation meetings. Customer contact via email, phone and in person. Commercial control of processes and work with merchandise management systems. Monitoring of logistics processes. Support with all daily tasks in the departments. Use of e‑business systems for resource planning and processing of customer orders.

At least a good secondary school diploma. Good numerical understanding. Basic knowledge of IT programs (MS Office). Enthusiasm for trade and willingness to take responsibility and work independently. Good communication skills and enjoyment of dealing with customers. Fun in teamwork. Foreign language skills (e.g. English) are an advantage.
