Warehouse Logistics Employee

Knauf Industries Deutschland GmbH, part of the Knauf Group, is looking for a warehouse logistics employee at its Oebisfelde site. The job covers coordinating transport and shipping, managing goods receipt, goods issue and internal logistics, and booking goods movements in SAP.

• Coordinating time slot bookings and planning, organizing and commissioning transport, parcel services and special trips
• Creating and printing shipping documents such as delivery notes, freight orders and VDA labels
• Managing goods receipt, goods issue and internal logistics and reliably booking goods movements in SAP
• Ordering and monitoring packaging materials, coordinating waste disposal management, and handling transport cost inquiries and invoices
• Ensuring compliance with the 5S standard and the FIFO principle in the warehouse, carrying out inventories and maintaining staff planning, attendance and relevant logistics figures

• Completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist or a comparable qualification
• Ideally several years of professional experience in a comparable logistics position
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness and resilience
• A high degree of personal responsibility, structure and solution orientation
• Flexibility, teamwork skills and English skills
