Field Sales Representative for Building Services in the Main-Taunus-Kreis, Hochtaunuskreis, Frankfurt and Offenbach Region

KÖBIG is looking for a field sales representative for building services at its Frankfurt am Main branch, covering Main-Taunus-Kreis, Hochtaunuskreis, Frankfurt and Offenbach. The family business has supplied tradespeople with products for building, housing, renovation and modernisation for over 130 years.

• Actively find new customers in plumbing and heating and maintain lasting relationships with existing customers through knowledgeable, individual advice.
• Give customers detailed advice on modern building services solutions, products and services, with a focus on efficiency and sustainability.
• Monitor plumbing and heating market trends, analyse competitors and identify opportunities to increase sales and profit.
• Act as the main customer contact from preparing quotes and processing orders to handling complaints and resolving payment differences.
• Coordinate regularly with internal departments to find the best customer solutions and keep the sales process efficient.

• You have completed commercial vocational training, for example in wholesale and foreign trade, or training in plumbing, heating and air conditioning, for example as a systems mechanic, and have some initial field sales experience.
• You enjoy sales, understand customer needs and have very good technical and product knowledge of plumbing and heating.
• You work in an organised way, manage your own work and cope well under pressure.
