You are always close to our customers and ensure with your expertise and open manner that they feel well taken care of at all times.

• You accompany our customers from first contact to final order confirmation, creating individual offers and carefully entering all customer data in the IT system.
• Competent purchase advice and target-oriented negotiation with suppliers are also part of your tasks. You handle complaints in a service- and solution-oriented manner.
• You use your organizational strength to reliably coordinate delivery dates with our fleet and customers.

• You have completed commercial training, for example as a management assistant in wholesale and foreign trade, building materials trader, or a craft apprenticeship in the building materials industry.
• You are familiar with merchandise management systems and MS Office as well as with the products and current topics in the building materials sector.
• A confident demeanor, enjoyment of communication, and a sense for customer needs are natural for you. At the same time you like working in a team, think ahead, and are dedicated.
